The proposed NEXUS 78 WAREHOUSE on Rt 309 and Orefield Rd
The proposed NEXUS 78 Warehouse is 547,500 SQ Ft.
500-900/ day Tractor Trailer TRUCKS entering and exiting onto Orefield Rd and Routh 309 just above the Kernsville light.
The Orefield Rd access is very near the Parkland Schools bus entrance and exit. Thus effecting our kids school bus trips everyday!!
We are worried about:
local infrastructure
quality of life
noise
light pollution and air quality
RIGHT IMAGE is PENNDOT's " 309 Betterment Project " showing the
Rt 309/Kernsville/Orefield Rd intersection.
Intersection will be aligned with new turning lanes added. OREFIELD RD will NOT be widened at the warehouse proposed entrance.
NO NEW traffic light will be added on 309 at the Warehouse proposed entrance.
