The proposed NEXUS 78 WAREHOUSE/TRUCK DEPOT on Rt.309 and Orefield Rd
NEXUS 78 Warehouse is a TRUCK DEPOT !
It has been revised in size to 501,405 sq. ft.
It projects 900 tractor trailers PER DAY entering/exiting Rt 309 & Orefield Rd.
The Orefield Rd access is across the street from Parkland Orefield Middle School & PSD School Bus entrance. This will affect our kids school buses and local traffic every day!
- RED LINE = RT 309
- YELLOW LINE = Orefield RD
This is PennDOT's "309 Betterment Project" showing the Rt.309/ Kernsville/ Orefield Rd intersection.
Intersection will be aligned with new turning lanes added. Orefield Rd will NOT be widened at the Warehouse proposed entrance.
NO NEW traffic light will be added on 309 at the Warehouse proposed entrance.
